Why is my most recent purchase not showing up in my account?
Once a merchant has verified that a MoreRebates member has completed a transaction through the MoreRebates site, the merchant notifies us and we post that activity to your MoreRebates account. Most merchants provide this transaction data within 7 days, although some merchants may take as long as 30 days to provide us with this information.
If more than a month has past and the transaction is not appearing in your MoreRebates account, please send the following information to us at rebatequestions@morerebates.com:
· Your First & Last Name
· The Merchant, or Store, You Shopped At
· The Order Number
· The Total Transaction Amount
· The Date Of Purchase
If you have the order confirmation email from the merchant you purchased from, please send that to us as well. We will make every effort to respond to your enquiry within 3 business days.
Why does it take so long for you to pay rebates?
We are working with merchants to provide the fastest way to provide transaction data and cash rebates, but merchants generally like to pay commissions only after returns are made. We pay members as soon as we can.
Please view our rebate payment schedule. If you have not received your rebate payment two weeks following the payment schedule date, please check that your account has your most current address, and then contact us at rebatequestions@morerebates.com.
