| How do I earn MoreRebates? |
| The process is very simple! All you have to do is register (free) to become a member of MoreRebates, then shop at any of our hundreds of partner stores such as Dell, HP, Sure Fit and many other stores you already shop at. To make purchases at a MoreRebates partner store, just click on the link of a store on one of our category pages or you can browse our List of Participating Stores to try someone new. |
| Each store has a displayed specified percentage that is refunded to you after we receive confirmation of the order. For example, if you shop at Dell, you will earn 2.5% Cash Back. If your total order was $1000 then you have earned $25.00 that will be added to your MoreRebates account when we receive confirmation from Dell. |

| When do I get paid? |
| You will get paid when your MoreRebates account accrues up to a minimum of $25! A check will be mailed to you on the dates specified below. In the event that your account does not meet the minimum threshold of $25, the amount will simply carry-over to the next pay-period. |

| How do I shop at your online partner stores? |
| The first step is to make sure you are logged in to the MoreRebates web site. Then, simply choose a category that you wish to purchase from. Or use our List of Participating Stores list to choose the store that you want to shop at. Click on 'Shop this store', or any of the special offers from the store page. |

| How can I access my account? |
| All you have to do is login and click on View Account Summary in the top left navigation bar. |

| How can I update my account information? |
| All you have to do is login and click on Change Account Info in the top left navigation bar. This page will allow you to view your current profile and make any necessary changes to your name, address, e-mail address, etc. |

| Do I have to do anything special when checking out of an online partner store? |
| As long as you are logged-in, then there is nothing special required. You do not need to email us confirmation of your purchases (although you should always keep it for your own record). We will receive confirmation from the store that you shopped from. We however, cannot credit your account with MoreRebates on phone orders from any MoreRebates store. |

| Can I use special offers and coupons and still earn an MoreRebates discount? |
| Of Course! We want to help you stretch your money as far as it can reach. We have negotiated private coupons to work in tandem with our MoreRebates to provide you the maximum amount of savings anywhere on the net. Make sure that you use coupons that are posted here at MoreRebates. Be sure to verify that the coupon or discount is displayed in your shopping cart. MoreRebates is not responsible for coupons that are expired or incorrectly redeemed by our members. |

| Why does my MoreRebate not show up when I'm checking out of a store? |
| MoreRebates sends you the discount after we have received confirmation of your order. It will not appear as a discount in your shopping cart. |

| How long does it take for my MoreRebates to be posted to my account? |
| On average, your rebate amount will show up in your MoreRebates account within 7 days from your date of purchase. However, on occasion, it can take up to 30 days for MoreRebates to receive confirmation from our stores as some stores only report sales when an order has been shipped. |

| What is the effect of me returning or canceling an order? |
| All Returns are subject to the return policy of the store partner you purchased from. If you return or cancel an item, we will have to reverse any discount from that sale. |
| Most returns (also known as exchanges) may make a discount ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the store cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the MoreRebates commission gets reversed and a new commission is not established because the store has created the new order (thus meaning the order was not completed through MoreRebates - but placed through the store directly). Because of this, the store will not pay us the commission, which means we have no discount to pass on to you. |
| To avoid losing the discount - In future transactions, please make sure all returns are final and that it is not an exchange. Have the store refund your credit card, and then re-place the order through us to receive the discount. |

| Can I take advantage of discounts or coupons if I'm not a member of MoreRebates? |
| Yes (but not MoreRebates), you can shop from any of our store partner stores and still purchase items, as well as use coupons. But, if you are not a member then we can't give you MoreRebates for your purchases because there is no way of tracking that you bought something through our website. Just become a member by signing up, and you can get it all! See how far your money can stretch! |
