How do I earn More-Rebates?

The process is very simple! All you have to do is register (free) to become a member of MoreRebates, then shop at any of our hundreds of partner stores via our web-site. Once logged in, just make a purchase at a MoreRebates partner store, by clicking on a "shop now" link, and complete your order on the merchant’s website, like you normally would. That’s it!

When do I get paid?

Once your MoreRebates account accrues a balance of $25 you will be eligible for payment, as long as you have provided us with a Name and Address (we have to know to who and where to send it, right?). Checks are sent out around the 10th of each month.

How do I shop at your online partner stores?

Come to MoreRebates.com, log in and click a "shop now" link for the online store you wish to order from.

If I buy something in-store is it eligible for a rebate?

Unfortunately, "no". Only valid online orders are eligible for a rebate.

If I forgot to log into my account, and shop through MoreRebates.com, can I still get my rebate?

Unfortunately, this also is a "no". You have to shop through our website in order to get credit for an order.

How can I access my account?

All you have to do is login and click on the My Account tab.

How can I update my account information?

Log in and click the My Account tab. Under Personal Information, click "edit".

How do I activate JavaScript in my browser?

Internet Explorer:
  1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu
  2. Choose 'Internet Options'
  3. Click on the 'Security' tab
  4. Click on 'Custom Level'
  5. Scroll down until you see section labeled 'Scripting'
  6. Under 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' and click OK

Do I have to do anything special when checking out of an online partner store?

As long as you are logged-in, then there is nothing special required. You do not need to email us confirmation of your purchases (although you should always keep it for your own record). We will receive confirmation from the store that you shopped from. We however, cannot credit your account with MoreRebates on phone orders from any MoreRebates store.

Can I use special offers and coupons and still earn an MoreRebates discount?

Of course, as long as they are provided by us. We want to help you stretch your money as far as it can reach. We have negotiated private coupons to work in tandem with our MoreRebates to provide you the maximum amount of savings anywhere on the net. Make sure that you use coupons that are posted here at MoreRebates. Be sure to verify that the coupon or discount is displayed in your shopping cart.

Why does my MoreRebate not show up when I'm checking out of a store?

MoreRebates sends you the discount after we have received confirmation of your order. It will not appear as a discount in your shopping cart.

How long does it take for my MoreRebates to be posted to my account?

On average, your rebate amount will show up in your MoreRebates account within 7 days from your date of purchase. However, on occasion, it can take up to 30 days for MoreRebates to receive confirmation from our stores as some stores only report sales when an order has been shipped. For things like Hotel Bookings, it may not appear until after you have finished your stay.

What is the effect of me returning or canceling an order?

In most cases, this will also cancel your rebate. All Returns are subject to the return policy of the store partner you purchased from. If you return or cancel an item, we will have to reverse any rebate from that sale.

Most returns (also known as exchanges) may make a discount ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the store cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the MoreRebates commission gets reversed and a new commission is not established because the store has created the new order (thus meaning the order was not completed through MoreRebates - but placed through the store directly). Because of this, the store will not pay us the commission, which means we have no discount to pass on to you.

To avoid losing the discount - In future transactions, please make sure all returns are final and that it is not an exchange. Have the store refund your credit card, and then re-place the order through us to receive the discount.
